Sprinkle on eggs, roasted vegetables, roasted meats, toast & avocado, pizza, salad instead of salad dressing, mashed potatoes, garlic bread, pasta, soup, french fries, burgers and sandwiches, brine recipes and pickled vegetables!
JUST REMEMBER - Special Salt is still MOSTLY salt. So sprinkling on meats is better than using as a rub or your meat might get too salty.
If you'd like to use Special Salt in a recipe that calls for plain salt, consider adding 1/4 more. So: ONE tsp salt to ONE + A QUARTER tsp Special Salt. (this will allow for you to get enough salt in your recipe).
